Walkers River Camp, an intimate self-catering & exclusive-use camp accommodating 10 people.

Walkers River Camp is a perfect venue for family and friends from all over the world to get together, relax and experience the real African bush. Make this intimate self-catering camp your own during your stay in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve. The camp is situated just 10 minutes from Eastgate Airport (Hoedspruit Airport) and 25 minutes from the town of Hoedspruit, in the famous Timbavati Private Nature Reserve on the banks of the Klaserie River.

Guests have full use of five well-appointed en-suite & air-conditioned bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, and the lounge/dining area features a sleeper wood bar with a separate drinks fridge, leading out to a boma area with built-in braai’s & a fire pit, next to a large swimming pool.

Regular visitors to the river area in front of the camp include Buffalo, Elephant herds, Lions, Leopard, Hippo, and occasionally Wild Dog. Situated along a water source, birdlife is also superb. Below are some sneak peeks into the stylish, but natural, lodgings.
