As a result, the intrinsic success of the Newmark-operated luxury safari lodge largely rests on the friendly staff. Their main priority is to give personal attention and ensure that each guest feels at home instantly.

Beginnings

The reserve has remained an intrinsic part of the Geiger family line since it started operating in 1979. Paul Geiger bought the reserve along with Geiger’s Camp. Since then, it's been passed down from generation to generation.

Furthermore, Neil Markovitz, Managing Director of Newmark Hotels, Residences, Reserves and Lodges comments: “It is with great pleasure that we celebrate our team and each staff member’s commitment to Motswari. It is a proud moment for us as the management company.”

In conclusion, these long-service awards have revealed the focus of “family” in the staff component.
